Sửa lỗi “The computer restarted or encountered an unexpected error. Windows install cannot proceed. To install click Ok to restart the computer, and then restart the installation”
Bạn thử cách xử lý thông báo lỗi theo các bước như sau đây nha.
1) Khi thấy thông báo lỗi “The computer restarted or encountered an unexpected error. Windows install cannot proceed. To install click Ok to restart the computer, and then restart the installation”, nhấn Shift + F10. Thao tác này sẽ mở Command Prompt.
2) Nhập regedit và nhấn Enter để mở Registry Editor.
3) Tại cửa sổ Registry Editor, tìm đến “Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion” và nhấp đúp vào setup.exe trong khung bên phải.
4) Thay đổi Value Data từ 1 thành 3 và bấm OK để lưu các thay đổi.
5) Đóng Registry Editor và khởi động lại máy tính.
